Recipe's preparation

    Almond Butter
  1. Make almond butter as per the EDC peanut butter recipe, or alternatively use store-bought ready-made almond butter.

  2. Balls
  3. 1.  Add all ingredients to TM bowl.

    2.  Mix on speed 6, 10 secs.

    3.  Roll balls and coat in extra coconut.

    4.  Store in fridge.

Tip

These cacao balls are not very sweet.  To add extra sweetness, add a small dash of maple syrup or raw honey to the mixture before mixing.

Instead of rolling the balls individually, make a log, refrigerate until firm and cut into pieces.

Hey just made the log version of this. Not enough coconut in the pantry, milled some rolled oats used this instead of coconut inside the log and still rolled in coconut.   Delish!!!
