This was delicious. I made a few minor adjustments- I put the chives and all the vegies together except the onion and chopped as instructed and put them in the Varoma. I then diced the onion with some garlic and added the bacon to dice also. I added a little oil and cooked on Varoma 10 min speed 1-2 with the varoma and vegies on top. I then added the flour and eggs and proceeded as instructed. Once in the baking dish, I poured over about 80g cream. Delicious!!

Tastes good! I added rosemary and used ham instead of bacon as I had some to be used up. Also added breadcrumbs to cheese for topping. Good side dish alternative to usual frozen veg mix! Test will be to see if my 2 young boys will eat it  Big Smile

This dish really surprised us. I thought it would be boring and bland and that the husband would hate it, but it was actually really nice! I added more herbs and garlic and a few more vegetables. And I sprinkled bread crumbs on top to make it even crunchier. I have made it twice now. Great for lunches. Thank you.
