  • 1 onion brown, peeled and quartered
  • 2 Garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 20g olive oil
  • 120g red lentils dried
  • 40g sundried tomato strips
  • 1tsp Coconut sugar, raw or rapadura will do
  • 1tsp balsamic vinagar
  • 1 can chopped tomatos, or 400g fresh tomato
  • 270g water
  • 1tbs chopped basil
  • 1tbs vegatable stock paste

  1. chop celery,onion,garlic,onion 3sec speed5 scrape down add olive oil and cook 5min/veroma/speed 1


     


    add everything else and cook 15-mins/ 100/rev /speed 1


    i added extra 2mins to cooking time you dont want mush so check and see if ready it will continue to cook if you put in thermoserver Smile

    Yum Yum!! A very tasty sauce!! I added it to some zucchini noodles and it was a healthy dinner we all enjoyed!
