Ingredients

beancurd

  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g unsweetened soya bean milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp gluten free cornflour
  • 1 bunch Bok Choy/Pak Choy

sauce

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce (GF)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 50 g water

Garnish

  • 50 g crispy fried onion

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place eggs, soya milk, salt and cornflour into bowl and mix 20sec on speed 3.


    Strsin through sleve into prepared oil tin.


    Place 900g boiling water into TM bowl abd heat 2 min at varoma temp on speed 3.


    Place the tin beancurd on varoma dish cook 10min at varoma temp on speed 1.


    insert veroma tray lay with baking paper topped with bok choy. steam for another 7 min at varoma speed 1


    emove cooked beancurd and carefully invert onto serving dish, Arrage bok choy around the bean curd,


    Remove water from TM bowl.  Put in Garlic 5sec at speed 7. put in the rest of the saude ingrediant cook for 2 min ar 100'c on speed 2.


    Pour sauce over bean curd and vegetables and garnish with crispy fried onion

Tip

Laying the baking paper on the varoma tray topped with vegetable will avoid the excess water dripping into beancurd.
