- 150 grams Tasty cheese, chopped in 2-3cm blocks
- 1000 grams potatoes, skin on or off, quartered
- 400 grams cream
- 2 tablespoons vegetable stock concentrate, From EDC

1. Pre-heat oven 175 degrees.
2.Grate cheese for 5 seconds/speed 6. SET ASIDE.
3. Add potatoes to bowl, chop on speed 4-5 for 6-8 seconds (depending on how course you want them).
4. Add cream and vegetable stock concentrate and mix, 5-10 seconds
speed 35. Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Cook in oven for approx 60-90 minutes or until potatoes are tender (you can put baking paper then foil on top so your cheese doesn't brown too much)

Love this recipe .... so easy!
Quick and easy. I used half sweet potato and potato with garlic and onion too. Only chopped 4 seconds speed 4 so it wasn't so sloppy.
Very easy, i used half sweet potato as well, just needed some onion and garlic though
