- 2 Potatoes, medium, Peeled and cut into 1/4s
- 1 Onion, medium, Peeled and cut in half
- 650 grams chicken or vegetable stock
- 120 grams cream
- salt & peper to taste

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Put broccoli, potatoes and onion into
"Closed lid" .
Blitz sp.5, 15seconds.
Add stock.
Cook on Varoma, sp.2, 25 mins.
Add cream. Blitz 30 secs, gradually increasing to sp.9.
Add s&p to taste.
To make the soup
Tip
Also delicious served as an iced soup.

Best ever Broccoli soup. Lovely flavour and quick to make. Definitely will make again, particularly when Broccoli is in season and cheap.

Love this soup. Last time I added some mushrooms and bacon and used chicken broth instead of water (with two tbs veggie stock) and sweet potato in place of potato
