Ingredients
- 1 onion, peeled and halved
- 2 clove garlic
- 20 grams olive oil
- 1 leaf spinach
- 2 celery stalk and leaves, sliced
- 1 carrot, cut into thin rings
- 0.25 eggplant, cut into 1cm cubes
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable stock concentrate, (or two massel stock cubes)
- 2 tablespoon green split peas
- 2 tablespoon yellow split peas
- 2 tablespoon red lentils
- 2 tablespoon Barley grain
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- water

Put in the onion and garlic, chop on speed 7 for 3 seconds. Use spatula to push down to the base.
Add oil and saute for 2 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1.
Add the leaf section of the celery and the spinach leaf and chop on speed 7 for 2 seconds. Use spatula to push down to the base and chop again on speed 7 for 2 seconds.
Put in everything else and then pour in enough water to bring the level up to the II mark on the inside of the bowl.
Cook for 20 minutes at 100 degrees on reverse and speed soft.
