Ingredients
Gluten-free crêpes
- 250 grams Gluten free plain flour, I use a commercial mix.
- 3 eggs
- 500 grams Milk, Use an alternative milk if you want Dairy Free. (Goat, Soy, Almond etc.)
- 30 grams Rice Bran Oil
- 150 grams Apple Cider/Beer or Soda, More or less depending on desired thickness

- Put all the ingredients except the beer/apple cider or soda into the Thermomix bowl and mix on 4 for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Add the appropriate amount of apple cider/beer or soda until you get the desired thickness, I use 150 grams. If you're using beer you have to make sure that it's gluten-free beer if you want the recipe to remain gluten-free . Mix on 4 for 5 seconds.
- Cook on your crêpe maker or in your frypan.
- Fill with your desired filling. Rolling into a package or however you enjoy your crepes.
Tip
I make the savoury by filling them with a mixture of minced meat, cooked with onion and soy sauce. Next I add cooked bean thread noodles. Sometimes I make them sweet by filling them with apples or sweetened cream cheese. Today I filled them with meat to take on a picnic with my grandchildren .
