Recipe's preparation

    Pizza dough
  1. Make a batch of pizza dough, as per basic cookbook, be sure to let it rise.
  2. Pizza nuggets
  3. Preheat oven to 180degrees.
  4. Lightly grease 12 hole muffin tin.
  5. Cut pizza dough into small pieces, approx 3x3cm. Set aside.
  6. Place garlic cloves, herbs and salt into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrap down sides of mixing bowl and repeat.
  7. Add butter to mixing bowl and melt 2mins/100degrees/speed 1.5 or until butter is melted.
  8. Add HALF the pizza dough pieces to mixing bowl and coat with butter mixture by folding through gently with a spatula. You might like to do this step in a seperate bowl (avoids getting caught up in the blades).
  9. Place coated dough into 6 muffin holes, being sure to leave HALF the butter mix in the bowl to coat the second batch of dough.

Repeat with remaining dough until all 12 muffin holes are filled.
  10. Bake in oven for 10-15minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  11. Remove from muffin tray and break appart into pizza nuggets!
  12. Best served warm from the oven.

    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
