Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Nice. Thank you
Clever idea Rachelbrooke, I'll have to try! Makes for easy serving too.
Glad you enjoyed, thank you for your comment.
Yummy! I made them
Sorry to hear your disappointment MandaC82, I'll have a play with the ingredients next time I make a batch and pay careful attention to how it turns out. I find the coconut flour can be a bit heavy and does take a lot of liquid, which I think could contribute to the recipe being dry. Thanks for trying the recipe and providing feedback.
Have tried this slice twice as the first time I thought I must have done something wrong due to the great reviews. We didn't enjoy this slice, it was very dry and even left overnight in the fridge to have in the lunchbox it wasn't a hit.
So glad you enjoyed it rak2 - I must try making it with chives next time; I imagine it would compliment the eggs quite well. Thanks for the idea!
This was delicious and great for the lunchbox next day, I used chives and parsley. Thanks for sharing
Yum!
