Delicious citrus flavoured mincemeat. Not as overpowering as the shop bought mincemeat. My family love it! Thanks.
With the spices is it 3/4 teaspoon of each spice listed?
To give it a much darker and more traditional flavour ie UK Delia Smith recipe needs 300 gr raisins and 300 gr currants added!
This sounds lovely, escpecially for a beginner like me..however....small things have been left out. What speed setting for the Thermomix? What temp is the oven to be on to cook with?...OK OK only small things, but for a beginner ALL things need to be stated. It defeats the point of having a 'user friendly, easy to follow' site if...well..its not Please please remember this when posting recipes and you will have a HUGE following of all level cooks. Thank you
