- 500 g Arnotts Nice Biscuits, (2pkts)
- 500 g Milk
- 600 g thickened cream
- 2 packages vanilla instant pudding, (2 x 85g pkts)
Icing
- icing sugar, 2 cups
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 4 passionfruit

Line a 23 x 32 cm slab tin.
Cover base of tin with whole Nice bisucits
Add milk, thickened cream and instant pudding to bowl and mix 20 sec, sp 4
Insert butterfly and mix 2 mins, sp 3 or until thick
Pour over biscuits
Top with a single layer of biscuits and refrigerate overnight. Ice the next day and serve with fresh fruit.
Place all icing ingredients in bowl and mix till smooth

This is a nice & easy variation of custard squares.
