- 100 g hazelnuts
- 80 g almonds
- 20 g cocoa
- 500 g cream
- 60-100 g raw sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 pinch salt

Put almonds, hazelnuts, cocoa in TM bowl.
Chop 8sec/sp4
Scrape down bowl. Chop 8sec/sp4. Repeat until nut butter consistency.
Add all other ingredients into the bowl
7mins/80'/sp4
Place in a container. Put in freezer until frozen 5-6 hours.
When ready to eat, cut into blocks and put back 1/2 into TM bowl
20sec/sp5
Put other half in bowl
20sec/sp4 with spatula to move it around.
Put back into freezer for another 4 hours.
To make the ice cream!

The story of the name...
I made this ice cream after researching a few methods and this seamed to be the easiest!
I put the first mouthful in my mouth and really wasn't expecting The flavour to be so damn good!
I quite literally exclaimed (and excuse the language)
"F off that's good!"

Best ice-cream I've made!!! Husband said no more store bought ice-cream! I used 100g almonds and 100g of hazelnuts, 50g rapadura sugar and 2.5tsp cacao powder. Followed the rest of the recipe. Delicious!!!
Do you use roasted or raw nuts??

I did like the flavour of this but i found it too nutty as when i did the first step, no matter how long i tried and stirred through i couldn't seem to blitz the nuts. I think i would do them separately and then add the cocoa.
