I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add almonds to the Thermomix bowl and process on Turbo / "Closed lid" / 2 - 5 seconds, depending on whether you want a crunchy or smoother texture.
Add prunes, cacao, goji berries and cinnamon. Pulse Turbo / "Closed lid" / 2 seconds, and repeating until the texture is to your desire.
Place a small bowl on top of the Thermomix lid and weigh in the sesame seeds. Set aside.
Take small teaspoons of the fruity mixture, roll into balls and roll in sesame seeds to coat.
These delicious balls of energy, vitamins, minerals and fibre keep well in the 'fridge.

I had the same issue and added extra prunes as the mixture wasn't able to hold correctly. I didn't get to sample them, but the family enjoyed what they called 'energy balls'. Thank you for posting your receipe.
I tried these but had to add a couple of extra prunes as the mixture was too dry. Then, when we tasted them, there was no sweetness at all, so I added some brown sugar & a bit of maple syrup for more moisture. I also rolled them in coconut as I didn't have sesame seeds. They ended up being a beautiful snack for afternoon tea.
The mix should stick together and form into balls easily. If the mixture seems a little dry, just add another couple of prunes.
