Good but if you use 2 star mince drain the fat off at the end of meat cooking process before adding your potatoes. Picked up the white wine bottle instead of red but didnt affect the flavour and didnt have oyster sauce so substituted with soy sauce insted. Easy recipe and will definitely make this again
Easy, tasty recipie, fantastic for cold winter day.....for any day actually. Will definitely make again. Substituted wine for liquid beef stock.
Big hit, mince was tasty! Didn't have tomato paste so I used 100g Leggos Parma Sauce, I also added a zucchini for extra veggies plus sweet potato on top instead of potato for a healthier option. Thanks for sharing 👍🏼
LisadayleTM5:the Wine is cooked which means the alcohol has been cooked out. Fine during pregnancy In this case. (Not being rude..just for your info).
Very nice! Thanks for sharing.
replace mince for vegan mince
Anyone tried doubling this? For TM31?
I made this today with chicken chunks instead of beef mince. I also added mushrooms, celery and frozen chopped spinach. Mash included sweet potato. Really delicious. Thanks.
Yummy. Left out sauce, swap wine to water due to been pregnant and left out onion. Add mushrooms.
Enjoyed by family. Did burn the bottom of the bowl too so I'll have to watch that next time.
