Am I missing something.... I can't see where you add the mushrooms?
I don't know if I did something wrong as I am new owner of a thermomix but I didn't like this very much It turned out quite watery and was reminiscent of baby food. I used what was left over the next night. Drained some of the excess water from it, added some extra tomato paste and turned it into a lasagne and it tasted much better
Despite your mishap I am happy that you enjoyed it. I always put the basket on top to avoid the splash out.
Hmm, I left the measuring cup off, to let it thicken up. Came back to a newly decorated wall! Oops!
Very tasty though
