    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

    Delicious, quick and easy!
I used chicken breasts cut into large pieces which made prep so easy and there was no shredding. I used olive oil and did not put the second lot of oil in as per other comments. Will definitely make again.

    Just Perfect
i used 40g of olive oil instead of the coconut oil, I didn’t have any coconut cream so I used coconut the milk instead. It worked very well. I also added a tablespoon of peanut butter only because I love it 😉 I had some frozen veg in the freezer which needed using up so I steamed it on the stove then because i was lazy I just used rice that was pre made in the cupboard. Thank you for this recipe it was a total hit.

Very tasty. The whole family enjoyed it. I found it very oily though. The chicken and brocolli shredded which was perfect for my toddler, though maybe not for guests (I added brocolli with the chicken as suggested, it was lovely). I did cut up the thighs a bit, maybe I should have left them whole.

This was very tasty the next day after the oil had settled out. Maybe next time try not adding the extra oil.

Made this again without adding the extra oil. Still really good. Even my very fussy two year old had a second portion! Next time I might add 50g ghee when sauteeing and no more.

    Thanks for a great recipe!

Lovely winter meal. I wasn't sure whether to cut the thighs, so I cut them into thirds. They did shred a bit so next time I'll leave them whole. I also added pumpkin and broccoli for a veggie fix. Will definitely make again. tmrc_emoticons.)

This is the second time I have made this dish and it is so easy to make and so delicious.  I added the pumpkin which kind of just dissolved into the sauce making it a hidden vegie....even better!  Thanks for sharing.

Great recipe.  Fussy husband loved it.  Wasn't sure how small to cut chicken if at all.  (I did cut it).

Smells fabulous cooking. Will definitely add to my favourites. Oh, and I added the pumpkin and broccolini.  Pumpkin is a great add.
