TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Absolutely delicious, thank you! I also removed the potatoes before the end and crisped them in the air fryer. The gravy was 'amazing'! I also doubled the cornflour.
will definitely be making again.
A really pleasant surprise. Meat was tender and cooked beautifully. Could easily substitute other vegetables. Gravy - delicious, so much left over. Will definitely make again. Thanks for the recipe.

This was amazing !! We all loved it and will definitely make this again 😍
Oooh my. WOW just amazingly tender meat. This was fabulous! Thank you for sharing the recipe
This was delicious. I did the potatoes and took them out when I added the beans and crisped them up in the air fryer. The gracy was a bit too runny for me but nothing a little more corn flour won't fix
Can this be done with leg of lamb which is not boned?
My god this was good, I'm a big fella and I ate about 700 grams of the meat and my slight partner ate the other 500 grams, not to mention we polished off all the potatoes, carrots, Brussel sprouts and beans, amazing, but the corn flour needs to be doubled, that's what I did and fantastic, looks like the Metamucil will get a work out tonight.
Tried this "roast" lamb and was very sceptical. Need not have been - it was sensational. My husband said the gravy was the best flavour we've had but it wasn't as thick as we like it so next time I'll double the cornflour.
Had this for dinner tonight. As I’m intolerant to wheat, thickened with arrowroot and substituted coconut aminos for the worstershire sauce. Sooooo tasty.
Can I use a crumbled up stock cube if I dont have the paste?
