The flavour was really tasty but the chicken legs were totally shredded and I was just left with bones.
This was easy and tasty but the chicken seemed overcooked and most separated from the bone making it look unappealing. However, i would make again.

Lovely, used thighs
So quick, easy and Yummy added to my repertoire thanks
Lovely recipe!! I added carrot and zucchini into the sauce and served with rice thanks!!
Made this last night and it was a winner! The flavour was lovely! I added some diced eggplant to the sauce. Yummo! I think next time, I will make the pototo seperately and try and steam some extra chicken drumsticks as my family were looking for more meat or I would just use Chicken Thigh! It was great to see what would happen if I cooked drumsticks in the bowl though! So thank you for the recipe, it was well recieved here!
Yummy flavour to this dish, thanks, I have cooked it a couple of times and I'm still new at Thermomix.
This was just delicious, but I wouldn't use chicken legs again, as they kept popping up through the mc hole....
