- 1 onion brown, peeled and quartered
- 2 Garlic cloves peeled
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 celery stalk
- 20g olive oil
- 120g red lentils dried
- 40g sundried tomato strips
- 1tsp Coconut sugar, raw or rapadura will do
- 1tsp balsamic vinagar
- 1 can chopped tomatos, or 400g fresh tomato
- 270g water
- 1tbs chopped basil
- 1tbs vegatable stock paste

chop celery,onion,garlic,onion 3sec speed5 scrape down add olive oil and cook 5min/veroma/speed 1
add everything else and cook 15-mins/ 100/rev /speed 1
i added extra 2mins to cooking time you dont want mush so check and see if ready it will continue to cook if you put in thermoserver
