  • 2 pieces Siamese Gourd, julienne cut
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 pieces shallots
  • 3 pieces fresh bird's eye chilli, diagonal cut
  • 5 pieces fresh red chilli, diagonal cut
  • 20 grams oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mushroom Bouillon

Recipe's preparation

  1. Prepare 2 pieces Siamese Gourd (you may use TM Cutter). Then evenly rub with salt. Rinse well and set it aside.
  2. Place 2 cloves garlic, 5 pieces shallots. Chop 3 sec / sp.7
  3. Add 3 pieces fresh bird's eye chilli, 5 pieces fresh red chilli, 20 grams oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook 3 min / 120 C / reverse / sp.1
  4. Add 2 pieces Siamese Gourd, 1/2 teaspoon white sugar, 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder, 1/2 teaspoon mushroom bouillon. Cook 5 min / 120 C / reverse / sp.spoon
