Ingredients
Bacon mushroom cabonara
- 150 grams Fettucine
- 450 grams warm water
- 200 grams cream
- 3 --- bacon rashers, Rind removed
- 10 button mushrooms, Halved
- 1 clove garlic, Crushed
- 1 egg, Beaten
- 60 grams Grated Tasty Cheese

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Grate cheese and crush garlic using thermomix if required.
Place all the ingredients in "Closed lid" except the egg and cheese and cook 15 mins, temp. 100', "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.
2 mins before the end, pour egg through the hole
Pour into thermoserver, turn "Closed lid" upside down and using the knob on the base of the "Closed lid" spin the blades back and forth and all the pasta will fall out easily.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and serve.

Yum thanks for a great recipe!! added an onion like others suggested. Next time I think I would put garlic in the sauce and not with cheese purely for kids benefit

Made this tonight. So easy. I also cooked 1/2 onion, 2 courgettes & the bacon before adding the other ingredients, & omitted the mushrooms. I used spiral pasta instead of fettucine. Sauce was a little runny bit still yum. Enough for 3 adults + leftovers.
Sounds yummy im going to cook this tonight for dinner if i change it to 300gms pasta should i double the water or increase cream? Thanks
I added onion and a chicken stock cube.
How did everyone go with the fettuccini sticking out the top ..snapped it in half but still popped up thru the lid .

chopped bacon & onion & garlic
saute 2 mins 100 speed 1
before adding rest of ingredients
Yum! Might add a little bit of onion next time for added flavour. Will definately cook again though!
