Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Excellent i can eat this on its own.
So yum! I had run out of brown onion but it was delicious without it!
Yummo! My 10mo. baby loves it!
Skipped the onion as I didn't have one and still turned out Delish
Just perfect and so quick. Thanks for sharing.
Excellent mushy peas! The only thing I added was a few pinches of vegetable salt and tiny bit of ground pepper
Thanks for cooking...Kazza
Just curious about temperature to set when you add the peas. A bit frustrating to get that far and not have all details. Am trying 100 deg.
This was delicious. Thank you very much. After you put in the peas, is it varoma heat for 5 mins? That's what I did. And then another 2 minutes same speed and temp as my peas weren't quite mushy enough. I was using fresh peas though. Also, I'm guessing it was blend for 5 seconds. That's what I did and it was lovely. Thank you again, Jess
Thank you for this... my Irish husband was craving mushy peas and we both thought this recipe was fantastic
