This soup is fantastic! A staple in my house with my fussy family who only like tasy, 'thick' soups full of chunky goodness. . I add chickpeas to it also.
Mine was very thick, more like a stew.
Great flavour, family loved it served with focaccia from the EDC. Mine was very thick and caught on the bottom slightly. I added a bit more liquid when resting in my thermoserver
Thanks for a lovely recipe. I left out the Chorizo and added 1/4 teaspoon curry powder and it was delicious.
Delicious. I didn't have any celery, so I left it out, and I added a finely diced potato with all the other veg. It was a hearty, flavoursome, truly delicious soup that I will make again and again.
Cukomama, "soft speed" is the speed one lower than 0.5 It has a symbol like this "Gentle stir setting" when you're on the right setting.
This was very yum, the entire family loved it. I cooked it 20min less because we were all starving, it was just as yum
Soooo delicious. A great recipe. I made it with my TM5 and the texture was a little more fine than I would have liked; less chunky. I'd stick with speed 1 if you have a TM5. It says "Soft speed" (for a TM31) so I used 2 (so it's probably my inexperience at fault!!)... going to try it again at a lower speed! Thanks for the fabulous (FILLING!!!) recipe!

I LOVE this soup. It's so delicious. A new favourite for sure.
A noobie to TM and after the demo with my consultant went straight to this recipe. Delicious and lots of flavor. Would recommend and goes nice with some crusty warm bread.
Cheers nomi
