Thanks for sharing this recipe I am just wanting to know if I can do them in the oven instead of a sandwich press as I don't have one?

Those crackers are a cracker, delicious. Been wanting to make crackers from scratch but thought it s a lot of effort. No, so easy, I love the idea with the sandwich press. Thank you tmrc_emoticons.)

I've just tried making this and gotten to the rolling out stage and realized your recipe didn't say where to put the water in, so can I put it in now after the kneading and just knead it again? :/
