Recipe's preparation

  1. Place cubed cheese into the TM bowl and grate for 8 seconds at speed 6, then set aside.

  2. Place kale leaves into TM bowl, and chop for 10 seconds at speed 6.

  3. Add salt, pepper, cumin and eggs, and mix for 5 seconds at speed 3.

  4. Spoon mixture into greased muffin trays, and bake at 180*C for 20-25 mins depending on muffin size.

    Loved this, so tasty and easy to make.

    Make sure urge you add the cheese as it's not listed in the recipe preparation, I did it at step 3.

    I didn't have a muffin tray so used a loaf tin and then sliced.

    will certainly be making again.

    Very tasty.

    just a bit of feedback though. Nowhere in the recipe does it mention when to add the cheese. You just need an edit to add this step. Cheers

    These were great - thank you. Very tasty and easy to make. I added 70g of kale and was worried about if it would still work, but was fine.

    Quick and easy and a tasty way to eat kale.  I'm pursuing a LCHF diet and this ticks the box and as I need kale cooked due to thyroid condition, trying to find good ways to eat it has been on my to do list.   Good for lunchbox.
