- 500 grams of minced pork and veal
- 3 Rashers of Bacon, rind removed and roughly chopped
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 egg
- 1/2 level teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/2 level teaspoon of dried thyme leaves
- 1 level tablespoon of dried sage
- 4 sheets of frozen puff pastry, defrosted and cut in half

Place onion and bacon in to bowl and chop 5 seconds, speed 5, scrape down bowl
Add egg and spices, mix 30 seconds, speed 2
Add Pork and Veal, mix 30 seconds, reverse, speed 4 Stir the meat with spatula to bring the bottom to the top and repeat
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Lay your four sheets of defrosted puff pastry on a bench and cut in half - divide and place filling along one long edge of the 4 sheets and roll up - cut into your desired portions and place seam side down on a baking tray and cook 200 degrees till golden brown, around 20 minutes
