These were amazing! It's the best feeling sending kids off to school full of such a great breakfast. Super excited because I didn't have to stand there and nag them to eat every mouthful. They enjoyed them and even asked for more! Thankyou!

I tried the pancakes using pear and apple instead of bluberries.

Looking for suggestions. Does anyone elses pancakes break while flipping? With any of the no flour recipes I have this problem. I can leave it on a little longer, but then the bottoms tend to burn.

Hi sarah any ideas on a protein powder substitute or whether it can be left out? Thanks

Yum! We made these for breakfast this morning and they were devoured. Im just about to make some mini ones for a car trip tomorrow (breakfast on the run). I put the blueberries in at step one and had purple pancakes. If you wanted them whole I would add them after and fold them through.

I cooked these pancakes for breakfast today, i did not have any blueberries so added a bit of apple and a whole banana.  I do not use oil in cooking so dry cooked them in my silverstone pan. They came out great, my hubby loved them and i like the idea of no sugar.

Yummy. Made these for brekkie for myself and my 2 little girls. We loved them. Although the blueberries got mushed into the mix and I had to explain to the girls where they were.

Delicious. I have kept some for reheat breakfast tomorrow.
