I absolutely love this recipe. I have made it so many times and it always turns out perfectly. I recently had jam rolls left from Christmas so ireplaced normal custard with the caramel and it was delicious 😋
Quick and easy dessert. Halved recipe and made in TM6 on thicken mode. Not as caramel tasting as I was expecting but still delicous.
Reduced sugar by half and added 2 mashed ripe bananas 🍌 half way through cooking time. Magnificent 😋
Made this in the TM6 using the thicken mode. I added an extra egg like others said and it was so thick it wobbled like jelly! Tasted yummy.
Very nice - I only had cocunut sugar and it made it delicious. I only added 60g and I could have gone less for sure.
Used three eggs too to try to thicken it more due to comments. I even cooked an extra 2 min. I like my custard thick so might add a little more cornflour next time.

Couldn't be simpler, and a real winner. Thankyou so much.
Accidentally put nearly double brown sugar in, so ended up doubling the whole recipe. Had to cook it for double the time also 😊
I was looking for something quick and easy for the after dinner munchies and this was perfect. Like others I used 3 eggs and it was perfectly thick. Sprinkled the top with some dark chocolate 70% cocoa buds once served and it marbled nicely through. Hit the spot!
This reminds me of the Banana Carmel Yogo I use to love as a kid
yummy will be making this again as had all ingredients on hand
