  • 250 g Greek yoghurt
  • 20 g honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add mango, lemon juice and honey and blend for 10 seconds on speed 10.

  2. Add yoghurt and mix for 1 minute, speed 9 (use spatula to help incorporate). Serve as is for soft consistency or store in freezer until desired texture.

    This is a lovely soft serve type ice cream. I added a small frozen banana.

    Can i use fresh mango and then freeze it? My kids are desperate to try this but i have no frozen mangoes

    My first home made ice cream.  It is lovely as a soft serve, and can't wait to try it when frozen to the right texture.  Thank you.
