- 50 g oats, Rolled or steel cut
- 50 g Cashews, Unsalted
- 125 g medjool dates, Deseeded
- 1 tablespoon Cacao
- 2 tablespoon Black Chia
- 30 g Fresh Popped Popcorn
- 35 g Rice malt syrup
- 5 g Maple syrup
- 25 g coconut oil
- 15 gram plain flour

Put Oats and cashews into bowl and blend speed 5, 10 seconds.
Put chopped dates into bowl, Speed 4, 5 seconds
Add plain flour, cacao, chia and process speed 4, 10 seconds.
Add popcorn (slightly crushed by hand), rice malt, maple syrup and coconut oil. Place machine in turbo for 2 seconds.
At this stage the mix should grab together when squeezed, if not turbo process for another 1 second.
Once holding, grab small handfuls, squeeze and place in rice cube maker to make firm cubes. Store in fridge to allow for some setting and firming for lunchboxes
Tip
These can be made as balls easily too, the cubes just make it more interesting

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
