Ingredients
Burger Pattie
- 500 grams lamb mince
- 1 onion, Quartered
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch parsley, Small
- 8 mint leaves
- 1 level teaspoon ground cummin
- 1 level teaspoon Oregano dried
- to taste Salt and pepper
Sauce
- 2 heaped tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 4 mint leaves, Chopped
Other
- 3 Burger Rolls
- slices cheese
- slices Cucumber and Tomato
- slices avocado
- --- carrot, Grated
- Lettuce Leaves

Add onion, garlic, parsley, and mint. Mix speed 6 for 4 sec and scrape down sides. Add cummin, oregano, mince, salt and pepper and mix speed 4 until combined.
Spoon mixture into equal Pattie moulds (or mould shape by hand). Refridgerate an hour or so until ready to use.
Cook on bbq or stovetop until cooked through.
Mix sauce ingredients together.
Assemble burgers with avocado, cheese, pattie, sauce, cucumber, tomato, carrot, and lettuce.
Serve immediately.
