Agree with comment below, way too much mixture for the thermomix TM3 to manage. Ended up mixing by hand in a bowl. However the recipe has turned out really well, very tasty, with lots to share for a party.

This was a good recipe however I would suggest making half a batch. I made a full batch in my TM5 which is a larger bowl than the 31 and it was waaay full. I only put a 1/4 of oats in because the motor was groaning & straining. Having said this I will def make again but in half quantities.

Yummy!  I made a half recipe for a party tomorrow and had to stop 'sampling'.

I used less rolled oats and it still worked really well, cooked a bit quicker than the recipe states as well.

Really lovely recipe. I find so many too "wet" and the pastry ends up really soggy but this one was great. I made a half batch and everyone was really pleased. I'd probably add up to a teaspoon of salt as it was a bit bland and even though it says to "season to taste", this is impossible because you can't taste the uncoooked filling (for health reasons). Thanks for sharing. tmrc_emoticons.)
