Didn't have a capsicum so I substituted with zucchini. Added 2 heaped tsp as suggested. Lovely and tasty.

Cooked this for dinner tonight - so quick and easy.
I added gravy granules with the vegetable stock (which I halved so not too salty) and used the steaming basket for the last 15 minutes of cooking to help it thicken up as per previous comments.
We loved it - thanks for sharing this delicious recipe.

This is delicious! Next time I do it, I’ll do mashed potatoes and some fresh bread rolls to go with it. Yum!

This is super easy and was loved by everyone in my family. I added extra cabbage as I had some leftover in the fridge. I didn’t use mushrooms as I didn’t have any. I used relish instead of tomato paste as I didn’t have tomato paste.

Very tasty. This has now been added to my "family favourite" list.
After reading the reviews, I added 2 heaped tsp of Gravy Granules when I added the Vege Stock and cooked the last 15 mins with the MC off, to thicken it up a little.
I did not have Capsicum but had half a Zucchini, so I peeled the skin off that and then blitzed it up with the other veges.
I also had some frozen Carrots rolling around in the back of the freezer, so added those at the end with the Peas and Corn. I'd say at the end it needed more than 1 min as the froze vege seemed to have dropped the temp. Maybe 4 or 5 mins to get it piping hot again.
As I was pressed for time, I cooked Macaroni in the microwave whilst the thermo was doing it's thing, and served with Baby Spinach. I had it all on the table in just over 30 mins.

This was really quick and easy to make. Kids loved it. I cooked with the steamer basket to reduce sauce.

Made this as an easy dinner. Had no capsicum, so used a couple of small beetroot instead (good for building blood - TCM). I think this would be very popular with families, especially with young kids. An easy all in one meal. Going to do leftovers tomorrow on a baked potato, with a dab of yoghurt.
