Can I just clarify step 3 please. Is it the chilli powder I cook in the oil?
I followed the recipe, but added 1/2 finely chopped onion. I think that's what made it extra hot..... although not sure about that, but loved it anyway
Just made this now. Delicious! What would you serve it with? I was thinking maybe lamb cutlets?
I did it in TM5, I needed few minutes more as the potatoes were not quite cooked. The end result was delicious! Thank you, great way to serve potatoes !
Just made thies for hubby, moher in law and a fussy 9 year old... absolute hit! Hubby and MIL had never had Bombay potatoes before and they couldn't get enough.
Just made this and loved it
I loved the flavour of this dish and will definitely make again - though I will reduce the chilli next time as it was a little too spicy for my taste. Thank you!
Great dish!! Nice change from oven fries or mashed potatoes. Hubby doesn't like spicy, so just used smaller amount of the spices. First recipe in my favourites!!
Very nice dish
Loved this!! I used fresh chilli and fresh coriander and chucked in some garam masala.... So yummy!!! Thank you
