Ingredients
- 1 onion, peeled & halved
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 carrot, chopped in chunks
- 2 stalks Celery, chopped in chunks
- 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
- 60 g tomato paste
- 10 g cream
- 2 tbsp EDC Vegetable Stock
- 1 tbsp Dried Basil Leaves
- 2 tsp dried marjoram
- 2 tsp Dried parsley
- 20 g olive oil

Place onion, garlic, carrot & celery in TM bowl and chop 3 seconds speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add olive oil and cook Varoma speed 1 for 3 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl
Add in canned tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable stock and herbs. Cook 100 degrees speed 1 for 10 minutes
Add cream and sugar and cook a further 10 minutes on speed 1 at 100 degrees with mixing cup removed & basket over lid.
Meanwhile cook pasta at this point to prepare for the sauce
