Ingredients
- 200 grams bacon (shredded), or other meat, prawns etc
- 400 grams mixed frozen or fresh vegetables, I use peas, corn and carrot or broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum
- 4 eggs
- 1 x 40cm piece of baking paper
- 400 grams basmati rice, (soaked or well rinsed)
- 400 grams coconut milk, (1 tin)
- 400 grams water
- good quality soy sauce, to taste

1. In varoma bowl, add bacon and mixed vegetables (make sure a few of the holes are open for steam to come through.
2. Add eggs to TM bowl. Beat on speed 8 for 10 seconds. Get baking paper, scrunch it up and wet it well. Put varoma tray on top of varoma bowl. Lay the baking paper out in the varoma tray and carefully tip the egg on top of the paper. Put lid on varoma and leave aside for a moment.
3. Weigh rice in steam basket then rinse under a tap. Put basket in thermomix bowl.
4. Add coconut milk and water to TM bowl on top of rice.
5. Place lid on TM bowl and carefully add varoma bowl on top.
6. Cook 20 mins/varoma/speed 2.
7. When finished, make sure everything is cooked and cut up the egg omlette. with your spatula and toss all ingredients in thermoserver with soy sauce.
Tip
Make sure in the first step that your rice is rinsed well and all wet (sometimes I sit in a little bowl of water first) this way you won't get uncooked bits of rice.

great recipe idea with the cubed egg through it. I did leave out the coconut milk and just used water, came out very yummy
