  • 2 cloves garlic, Peeled
  • 3 cm ginger, Peeled, diced
  • 2 sticks spring onion, Chopped roughly
  • 1-2 Large Red Chillis, Tops removed, remove seeds if not keen on spicy
  • 1 bunch parsley, Stalks removed
  • 75 g balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil, To cover

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add garlic and ginger to TMX bowl. Closed lid"Closed lid"  Press turbo twice to chop. 

    Add spring onion and chilli to TMX bowl. Chop on speed 6 for 3 seconds.

    Scrape bowl down, add parsley. Chop on speed 6 for 5 seconds. 

    Scrape down bowl, add enough olive oil to cover mixture and balsamic vinegar. Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 for 3 seconds.

Tip

Use as a dip with fresh bread, served on steak, stirred through pasta, on fried eggs, in butter as flavouring.
