- 2 cloves garlic, Peeled
- 3 cm ginger, Peeled, diced
- 2 sticks spring onion, Chopped roughly
- 1-2 Large Red Chillis, Tops removed, remove seeds if not keen on spicy
- 1 bunch parsley, Stalks removed
- 75 g balsamic vinegar
- olive oil, To cover

Add garlic and ginger to TMX bowl. "Closed lid" Press turbo twice to chop.
Add spring onion and chilli to TMX bowl. Chop on speed 6 for 3 seconds.
Scrape bowl down, add parsley. Chop on speed 6 for 5 seconds.
Scrape down bowl, add enough olive oil to cover mixture and balsamic vinegar. "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 for 3 seconds.
Tip
Use as a dip with fresh bread, served on steak, stirred through pasta, on fried eggs, in butter as flavouring.
