So good! I use French Onion soup in place of the chicken noodle soup. Great match for barbecued meat.

Have now made this twice. First time everything was chopped too small so second time I dropped the time and the speed and was much better consistency. Also used french onion soup mix because of vegetarian daughter.

A very tasty and simple recipe which is easy to vary. I add bacon and use some cottage cheese instead of the full amount of cream. I also prefer my potatoes a bit chunkier but that's easily done too. Thanks for a great recipe!

The only way I'll make potato bake from now on. As others have mentioned in comments, I use French onion soup powder and it is lovely.

So easy to make and quick to put together if you leave the skin on the potatos like suggested.  Never fail and I make it regularly now as my standard Potato Bake.  Thanks thermosim  tmrc_emoticons.p

If you like your potato chopped then this is for you.I much prefer the potato sliced. My family was't keen on this. The texture and flavour was all wrong. I make a similar recipe and add more flavour Sorry about this comment, just wasn't for me.

So easy and super yum. My new lazy meal!

I didn't have cream, so did half light philly cooking cream and half light sour cream.

I did need to cook it for an extra 20mins, but that could have been my oven!! I like the top super crispy so I grilled it at the end.
