Ingredients

Quiche

  • 10 eggs
  • 400ml Skim Thickened Cream
  • 8 piece short cut bacon
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 spring onions
  • 24 cherry tomatoes, halved, Optional
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1Pk 6 Sheets Frozen Puff Pastry

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Prepare two 12 holes muffin tray. Take Frozen pastry out of the freezer half an hour before cooking. Cut each sheets into four squares. Gentally push each into muffin tray, corners can just hang there as they will be puffed up when baking.

    Pre-heat oven 180C (fan-fored 160C).

  2. Cut spring onion into 1cm piece. Equally seperate into 24 prepared pastry cups.

  3. Add Onion and bacon into the mixing bowl chop 2sec/sp4 (roughly chop). Equally seperate into 24 prepared pastry cups.

  4. Don't need to wash the bowl. Add eggs, cream, salt and pepper into mixing bowl. 20sec/sp4. Pour mixture equally into 24 pastry cups.

  5. Put two halved cherry tomatoes on top of each quiche cup.

    Bake for about 35~40 mins, until top is golden brown, firm when touch.

  6. Optional
  7. You can add grated cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like) on top of each quiche to add more flavor.

Tip

These can be served both cold and hot!
