Ingredients
Veggie Slices
- 400 g carrots, cut in big pieces
- 400 g zucchini, cut in big pieces
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 onions, cut into quarters
- 100 g ham, or bacon
- 1 tbsp oil
- some corriander
- 3 eggs
- 250 g Milk
- 50 g Self rising flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 50 g emmentaler shredded, other cheeses are fine

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. chop the zucchini for 3-5 sec on speed 5. put them on a plate and sprinkle them with salt. chop the carrots the same except dont sprinke with salt and set aside.
2. chop the onions with the ham or bacon for 5 sec on speed 5. add the oil and saute for 2min on 100deg., speed 1-2.
3. put the zucchini in the basket and sqeeze the liquid out of the zucchini, then add the zucchini and the carrots into the TM bowl and cook all together for another 3 mins on 100deg speed 1-2 "Counter-clockwise operation" .
4. add the salt and pepper to taste. set aside and clean the bowl.
5. put the butterfly on the blades and whip the eggwhite untill it is stiff, set aside.
6. Put the corriander leaves and the cheese into the bwl, chop all for 3-5 sec on speed 7. then add the egg yolks, milk, flour and backing powder, and mix together for 2-3 secs on speed 3. then add the eggwhite carefully.
7. grease an oven proof dish and fill the veggies in. spread the eggsauce over it.
8. bake for 25mins on 180deg or until it is golden brown, cut it in slices.

Made this today. Although it tasted great, I particularly love the coriander in the dish, but my 'slice' was mush... it made me wonder if 50g of flour is enough for 800g of vegetables.
We made this last night and was loved by all. It stayed in two separate layers but still taster great!
