A great recipe and so easy. Amazing lunch with salad for people with coeliac.
This is so delicious! I made my own rice flour from brown rice i had in the cupboard. I grate the vegetables first, remove and squeeze all the moisture out. The second time i made it i only had 3 eggs so made up a chia seed egg subsitute and it turned out just as good! Winner in our house, enjoyed by everyone.
So easy tasty. ! Added capsicum in place of carrot
This is such a delicious and easy slice to make. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be a staple for me for winter.
A nice tastie Slice, but best eaten fresh.
Love it! really good gluten free, tasty zuchini slice!
I too made it into little muffins for approx 30minutes!
Very tasty ! Although last time I froze & then defrosted naturally it was soggy and bland! Any tips for freezing?
Oh great, that is so good to know because I'll be packing my daughter's lunchbox for the first time next year. Thank you!

I make these in a muffin tray as a easy alternative for the kids lunchboxes and they go down a treat. I bake them for 20-30min at 180 fan forced in a standard muffin tray
Wow! Delicious!
