- 150g Pumpkin, cubed
- 5g dried instant yeast
- 250g lukewarm water
- 550g baker's flour
- 60g wholemeal plain flour
- 1/2 tsp salt

Steam the pumpkin and set aside to cool.
Add yeast and water to the bowl, mix 20 sec/speed 2.
Add all remaining ingredients, including pumpkin, and mix 6 sec/speed 6.
Knead dough 2 min/"Closed lid" /"Dough mode" then turn out onto Thermomat or floured bench top. Form in to a ball, wrap in Thermomat (or place in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with tea towel) and allow to prove for at least 30 minutes.
Add your favourite toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C

FANTASTIC! Delicious dough with great texture and is very easy to work with. I also added some Rosemary to the base. This is now my favourite pizza base. I did need to check and re read to make sure there was no oil in it. Did not know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you
