pumpkin savoury scone
- 360 grams plain flour
- 360 grams cooked pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 60 grams olive oil
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 100 grams feta
- 50 grams Cheddar cheese
- 150 grams natural yogurt
- salt 1/2 tsp

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
chop/peel pumpkin and cut into into cubes and chop/3sec/speed4,,,add 1/2 mc water and cook /5mins/100/speed 2. put into basket to drain till cold.
put flour/salt/baking powder/bicarb into clean jug and mix 10sec/speed 5 set aside
now put yogurt/cooked pumpkin/2 eggs and olive oil into jug mix 5 seconds speed 3-4
add flour mix/grated cheese and basil mix on interval speed till combined look through hole in lid to see if ready
spray a bundit tin and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds
now i usually pour a third of mix into tin then add cubed feta then add rest mix cook in 200 oven approx 45min till wooden stick comes out clean,upturn on to plate serve warm with butter although is lovely as is.
