Tip
Dough loves a humid environment to proof/grow! I have great results spraying lightly with water, then placing in a warm location. You don't want the dough to dry out.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Best bread ever.
This is handsdown the best bread recipe available. It has never failed on me. I use it for scrolls rolls and loaves.!!
Joolz_au: The bread tin from the Mix Shop is smaller. If using that tin - I would reccomend using my smaller bread recipe (680g sandwich loaf).

Is this supposed to be baked with the lid on? I've tried this twice & failed miserably, I kept the lid on both times.
