I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius, fan forced.
Place cheese in TM bowl and grate on speed 8 for 3 seconds.
Add the onion, bacon and zucchini and chop on speed 6 for 5 seconds.
Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if necessary.
Add eggs, herbs, salt and pepper, flour (or gluten free alternatives) and mix on reverse speed 5 for 10 seconds.
Tip
Kids seem to love this slice, but for fussy eaters with an aversion to the colour green, just peel the zucchini and call it cheesy slice.

A very easy recipe to use up some left over zucchini. I added a couple of teaspoons of curry powder which gave it a nice taste
I’ve made different variations of this, it’s always spot onk x
Wonderful recipe -- you were my last chance as I made one from this site -- uummm the chooks got it didnt set at all after an hour and half baking -- this one I would reccomend to all
Delicious, I peeled the zuccihni because I knew my kids wouldn't eat it other wise. Will be making this again!
Could you make this in a muffin case?
Very nice! I also threw in a tomato and half a spanish onion. This recipe is great if you have some leftover vegies to use up! I'll throw in some mushrooms next time too. Yummo!
Wow - my kids ate this and went back for seconds, a rarity in this house!
Based on other comments I also blitzed everything but the eggs and flour at the same time and I baked it in a square springform pan lined on the bottom so I could get it out easily.
Thank you for the recipe. I would have liked some cold for lunch tomorrow, but there isn't any left
Hi There, when they changed the website formatting awhile ago most of my recipes became completely scrambled and most had ingredients dropped off. I can no longer edit them and despite asking Thermomix to fix them up, it just hasn't happened. Here is a link to the recipe on our own website. Apologies for the trouble. Here you go http://agagfaf.com/2012/03/24/zucchini-slice/
Cheers

Am I going crazy....I can't see the flour measurements in the ingredients, but everyone has mentioned flour?
