These were really lovely. Made quite a few and we were able to make ham/cheese crepes with them too. Great receipe. Thanks for sharing.
I halved the recipe and added a teaspoon of sugar which is nice if you're making sweet pancakes. Halved, this recipe easily made 4 crepes using a 23cm crepe pan. I think chilling in the fridge for half an hour or overnight might improve this recipe but you don't always have time when hungry kids want crepes right now! I love that it's so simple to halve the ingredients for 2 people.
My partners favourite food is crepes, he has been asking me to make them for him for years. This afternoon I finally gave it a go using this receipe (i halved as it was only him eating them). The crepes were delicious and it was amazingly easy! The halved mixture made three full size crepes. I don't know why i waited so long. Thanks for the receipe.
Delicious, easy and the perfect consistency. I made half savoury - pulled pork and Swiss cheese and then our favourite - Nutella and strawberries. I toasted them in the sandwich press once rolled. Yum, yum, yum!
So yummy, thank you. I added a bit more milk and mixed for 5 seconds longer, and they were perfectly thin, fluffy and light!
So yummy!! And so easy
We loved these this morning!!
Quick easy and yummy
perfect crepe recipe
Just an idea that we tried this time we went camping. I made a batch of crepe mixture and poured the mix into an empty milk bottle, stored it in the esky on ice and cooked them for breakfast at the campsite. Turned out a real treat
