- 250 g warm water
- 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
- 2 tsp sugar
- 450 g High Grade Flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp bread improver, optional

- Add warm water, yeast and sugar to mixing bowl and stir 2 min / 37°C / spd 1.5
Let sit for 2 mins - Add remaining ingredients and mix 5 sec / spd 4
Then dough mode for 3 min - Put into a greased thermoserver and leave to rise for approx 1hr until doubled in size.
- Grease a 20cm round cake tin. Gently punch the dough down and shape into a round loaf approx 16cm in diameter.
Place in cake tin and using a sharp knife, make a criss cross pattern on top.
Cover with lightly greased glad wrap and put in a warm place for approx 40min until doubled in size. - Heat oven to 200°C
Once bread has risen, remove gladwrap, sprinkle top of dough with flour and bake 30-35 mins until the loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when you tap the bottom of the loaf.
Turn out onto a cooling rack before slicing.
