Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. place the sage leaves intot the TM bowl and chop it for 3 sec on speed 7.

    2. add all the other ingridients and chop for 15-20 sec on speed 5 with the aid of the spatula.

    3. let the dough rest for 10mins. then start to bake them in a waffle maker. make sure that the waffles don't get too thick and are baked well.

Tip

should the dough stick to the waffle maker put a little bit of oil on it before you put the dough in.

you can serve them with herbs and garlic dip (EDC) or another dip. if possible dont peel the carrots and potatoes, only wash them well. then you have more fibre

you can replace the carrots with pumpkin, celery, parsnips, turnips or "Kohlrabi"

My toddler loved these! Thank you.

They didn't quite cook in the middle, even after leaving them cooking for ages, but the kids didn't mind.
