- 100 g raw almonds
- 550 g water
- 85 g chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence

1. Weigh almonds into Thermomix bowl and grind on speed 9 for 20 seconds:- 100g raw almonds
2. Add water and blend on speed 9 for 1 minute:- 550g water
3. Add following ingredients, and cook at 37C for 5 minutes, speed 2, reverse:
- 85g chia seeds
- 2 Tbspns raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
You can then mix it up with banana or frozen berries etc

Great recipe. I also added some cinnamon and it was perfect.
Easy to make and turned out well as 6 individual puddings. As it tasted quite bland we ended up re-heating it and mixing it up with our usual quinoa porridge for breakfast which worked well. Thank you for the recipe

Can this recipe be made and stored in the fridge to eat for breakfast for the week? What is the storage life span?
Made for brekky this morning! This chia pudding was a nice change from the coconut milk ones I usually make, it's not as rich, rather a light pudding with a subtle hint of sweetness. It was also my first time 'cooking' a chia pudding rather than using the soaking method, it was fantastic not to have to 'pre-plan' a pudding!
Great easy recipe! I didn't have any almonds on hand but had almond milk so I replaced the almonds and water qauntity with this. Worked great but will give it a try your way aswell. Thanks

Quick and easy and delicious.
I use maple syrup instead of honey.
